Frequently asked questions
Do you charge for the first visit?
The initial on-site consultation is a flat fee, credited toward your design if you move forward. Design fees are separate from construction and are quoted up front.
Do we have to build everything at once?
No. Most of our plans are phased so you can build over two or three seasons. The design accounts for that from the start.
Do you do lawn mowing?
We don't offer weekly mowing. Our grounds care is seasonal work — pruning, cleanups, bed care, and plant health — usually for properties we've designed or built.
What happens if a plant dies?
Plants we install are covered by a one-year replacement warranty as long as you're on a care plan, since establishment care is most of what keeps new plantings alive.
